From the day we went in to apply for our apartment, the whole process from start to finish the office staff was truly kind, patient and helpful while we went through the whole process. It’s me and my husbands first apartment on our own and Mrs Sylvia was so gracious to help us sift through all the paperwork we needed for the application. Not only were we approved by the grace of God but each and every day my husband and I pray in thankfulness to this place and the amazing good people that run it because we have been blessed beyond measure to have a home of our own. If you are considering coming to rent from these people I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. You won’t be disappointed, they are timely in all things and incredibly sincere. Mrs. Liza is a really great person also who runs the work orders and is quick to help! And the gentleman there who I didn’t catch his name is also amazing, he was able to share our testimony to the owners or the company about how my husband and I prayed for this apartment and our approval of application in the parking lot and how touched he felt by seeing that, which in turn touched our hearts tremendously. “We hired this company to take care of our parent's home. Amazing! They had the sale and then arranged for any unsold items to be picked up and donated by a local church charity. The house was cleaned out within a few days after the sale. We did not have to do a thing which was a blessing during the trying time after our parents passing. The only thing that might have made it even better would have been a more detailed list of items that sold or didn't sell. “Mary Jo and Dan are great people. When I moved in, they said to call anytime when we need anything. They respond promptly whenever I text or call them even after hours and weekends, and sends someone to fix the problem as soon as possible. Their handyman Dave and his sons will call and make an appointment to fix any issues. They fixed the screened patio door. When the sink started to leak, they replaced it. When the bottom of the toilet became unstable they came the very next day to fix it. They even fixed a minor damage in the wall paper in the master bath. Kim in the office responds to my emails in a timely manner, after hours and even on weekends. Mary Jo always sends updates about any community activities we have. Or any updates from the HOA that she receives via e-mail. They are great people. They will help you find the home that is right for you. I will definitely recommend them.”

“I moved into Emerald Run Apartments with my college roommate after we graduated from Southeastern University in 2017. We felt it was a nice apartment and super affordable, plus we knew some other students had been there and really liked it. Honestly, Emerald Run was an amazing apartment complex to be in! My roommate moved out and my husband ended up moving in and the process was made easy with Amanda at the front office. We always felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. Overall, the other tenants were either very friendly or just kept to themselves. Amanda, along with Lyle and one of the maintenance guys, Jesse, made living there amazing. We moved out in summer of 2021 due to relocating for a job. I can fully recommend moving into Emerald Run Apartments!”
