“My husband and I were seeing Dr. Meredith almost a year ago at Citrus Ridge Medical Center in Davenport. We were basically happy with him but he just suddenly left the practice with no notice... The office wouldn't or couldn't tell us where he went!! I think this location in Polk City is actually a state correctional institution - I assume he was a doctor there and not an inmate!!!”
