She was definitely one of the nicest bankers I’ve ever done business with. She learned on the fly for me and made sure I was taken care of. I had a horrible experience with an online only bank and I’m so glad I came here. Oh, back when this place was Suntrust, the service was awful. I banked with them many years ago and closed it just because they were so rude. I couldn’t be happier I gave Truist a chance. I mean it, get with Jennifer B and you’ll see!!”

“We have been with GTE FCU for around 8 years now, never had an issue with our account that wasn't resolved right away. I was reluctant when they transitioned over to teller machines instead of actual people, but do enjoy being able to deposit cash from the car into the ATM at any hour vs waiting until they open. Only giving 4 stars though because the drive thru ATM only accepts cash like 8 out of every 10 times I go...”

Use the buttons not the screen just so everyone knows. Took me 6 withdrawals to get $300. Free checking and savings with only $5 in your account. Really good staff there I notice ????”

After 22 years with Chase I am going to have to close and move some money to another bank I am not driving 15 minutes out of my way for a ATM, to make deposits. along with fighting the crowds and the lack of staffing at the branch on 98. Liked that they were open on Saturdays. Too bad.”
