“Clean, newer facility. It can get a little confusing at first since the building is shared by others Medical Providers besides LRH, but the building is not huge so I found it quickly. Not too crowded, and there is ample parking. It sure beats going up to the main hospital!”

“My mother Linda Byrd had a colonectomy with a resection. Something went wrong less than half way through and she had to have home care through kinderd. There are not enough words I can express how well she was taken care of by all her nurses. We loved Joy to pieces. She was clean, very well kept and her laugh is enough to heal anyone. She made my mother laugh and smile. Professionalism was wow, that takes a lot to have a nurse be that of both sides of healthcare. She was always prepared, always. If we needed something Joy was right on it. Ms. Sonia she was amazing also, she is as professional as Joy. Laughs but also on spot with anything my mother might need. After a few weeks these women had made my mother feel like a friend but also an amazing caregivers. With time they both taught me how to take care of her wound but I had them a txt away if I needed. We had access to reach out to them in every fashion. As I said in the beginning there are just not enough words to express how well they made my mothers recovery.”

“I really appreciate Dr. Favilli and Gonzalez. They are good doctors. However, I seem to constantly have issues with the ladies working the front desk. I've told them to cancel an appointment 3 times. Twice over the phone and once in person. I kept getting reminder calls and then a call to tell me I missed the appointment that I cancelled. This has happened twice. I've also shown up to find I wasn't put on the schedule even though I had made an appointment and had an appointment card written by them. I've never encountered this level of difficulty making or cancelling appointments before anywhere else.”
