“This is a Hidden little gem in Fort Meade. I came across this place when I started working in the area, by a menu that was in my office. It looks like a take out only restaurant just from the outside and in passing , I decided to order take out for lunch and was so surprised at the seating available for dine-in. I enjoyed their fried okra and a pressed Cuban that of which I saved half for for dinner. It was alot and it was the best cheat day lunch in Fort Meade. The okra was a tiny bit tough and under cooked but all in all delicious.”

“I had the pleasure of visiting Peace River Oasis with my family and friends to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and, it was an absolutely amazing experience! The moment we arrived, we were struck by the serene and peaceful atmosphere that enveloped us. The lush greenery and the songs of birds greeting us was simply breathtaking. What we loved most about this oasis was the fact that it was completely off-grid. It was the perfect place to disconnect from the world and get enveloped in nature. There was and open field for gathering and wooded areas to explore. It was truly a nature lover's paradise! The owner of Peace River Oasis was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure our daughter's birthday celebration was a success. He is knowledgeable and excited to shared about the area and provided us with great recommendations on things to do and see. We had an amazing time at Peace River Oasis. It provided hours of entertainment for our family and friends to gather and celebrate our daughter's birthday. We would highly recommend this oasis to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. It's the perfect place to get away from it all and be surrounded by nature. We can't wait to go back!”

So far they’ve cared for 3 of our babies - an anxiety ridden Malinois with a heart condition, a rescue with fear aggression, and our most recent addition from the cat distribution system. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Ryan is always a pleasure and so informative, all the techs and assistants are so patient and caring with my dysfunctional crew, and Dr. Shank always spends more time with us than most other doctors so I leave well informed and I feel like she genuinely cares for each animal. Prices are pretty average if not less than many other practices, wait times are MUCH shorter. Couldn’t have asked for a better team for my babies.”

“Moved to Fort Meade in June of 2022 and I'm so impressed with this small town. The women at city hall have been fantastic everyime I've had to call/go to the office for utilities or code enforcement. The city was ON IT for hurricane Ian, lots of updates via phone, Lineman out the next day, fire department out patrolling making sure everything was safe. And just yesterday we went to their main street Christmas fair! So cute.”
