“First and foremost, thank you to everyone at CF Auburndale for allowing me to come there and treat me like I’d been a member forever. I’m from Mississippi and was in the area working for a few months and joined CF Auburndale to work on progressing my fitness. When you sign up, the coaches will do a one on one with you to figure out what your goals are and get to know you. After that, they set you up with an app to check in and track your progress and your CF journey starts. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you’re at, the coaches help you scale workouts and modify them as needed. Cam, David and Devon (the coaches) are extremely positive, likable and beyond helpful. They’ll challenge you to be better so you get the most out of your workout. If you like positivity and being surrounded by it, this will be a great fit for you. I had not been in Crossfit since 2016 and the atmosphere is completely different now. The coaches genuinely want what is best for each individual and to promote growth within your life. From one on one sessions to class sessions, I never felt like I was 11 hours from home or unwanted in the gym. The members and coaches are truly incredible. The only regret I have was not signing up sooner when I got to the area. Again, thank all of you at CrossFit Auburndale.”

“Dr. Gonzalez is a Very nice and easy to talk to Dr. He gets my specialists for heart an liver going immediately and I don't have to worry about him being a Dr that is a cold fish . He knows my history and corrects any delays in a timely fashion . He's studied my charts and knows me as his patient . I've encountered cold shoulder kinda doctors who I have to explain my situation beginning an ending every visit Dr. Gonzalez knows what my health issues are n when I dnt feel very well he trys his best to keep me out of hospitals considering my situation could get alot worse if exposure to nasty air Bourne illnesses and covid etc. So far I'm very pleased with Dr Gonzalez. He's been a guiding light for me an is good with his patients as far as I'm aware. He's the same with every patient . ...
