“Awesome as usual???? Also they have a wonderful new employee that my wife and I had a chance to chat with for a few minutes while she was on her break. Ashley was her name and she was very in tune with what she definitely wanted out of her job at her young age. She also has definitely planned out her education and career plans of which my wife and I both talked with her and were very impressed with her. She definitely made our dinner very nice after she took our order ... Had us take a seat... Then she brought our food and served us. Once again.... We were very impressed with Ashley for she is only 16 and seems to know what she wants out of her first job as well as her education. She also has her career already planned out starting with her job here at herders. I only hope that your management team can treat her right so that she is able to stay employed there. After managing several different kinds of businesses in the past 25 years I have seen management misuse abuse and mistreat wonderful very good young ladies and gentlemen employees and they end up running them off. I'm not saying that's what y'all are going to do. I just want to give credit where it's due and after talking with her... She wants to work there as long as possible.
