CSS is a company that cares. Their management could write the book on keeping the customer first. Their office staff and dispatchers know their customers and know which technician specialists to send for each job. We have had CSS on several properties looking after alarm systems, sprinklers, pedestrian access, etc, and their annual maintenance and service after an emergency are first rate. They specialize with Honeywell instruments and both CSS and Honeywell have worked well for us.

I am very please with their services. I have had a lot of issue at my community( Watermark at Trinity) and Melissa Morlan has never hesitate to help me and always so pleasant. As plant Operation my Job to assure all inspection are done ( which they are right on the money) and as they fine any deficiency, they quickly correct the problem.
