I found she listens well to whatever I'm having trouble with (I'm prone to lower back pain), and her prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend. While she takes walk ins, it's a good idea to check her availability, since she can book up quickly, especially on weekends.”

“I have nothing but highest regards for Dr. O'Callaghan and his staff! Each time I have gone for an appointment I have found the waiting room and exam room to be clean and professional looking. Denise and Ashley are always super friendly and make me feel like I'm welcome and that they are genuinely glad to see me. They remember who I am and ask questions about my family and are interested in us as people - not just as customers. I would rate them 10/10! I have been having my teeth cleaned by Shana and she has been fantastic! She is friendly and kind and takes the time needed to do a good job on my teeth. I would rate her 10/10! Dr. O'Callaghan is awesome! He is friendly and has a great sense of humor and really makes one feel at ease when they come in. This is great for me as I am usually nervous about having work done on my mouth. For some reason, my body doesn't really respond to the freezing medication and my past experiences with other dentists has been dreadful. Not the case here. He makes sure that my mouth is good and frozen before starting the work and that I am comfortable the entire time. I would rate him at 10/10!! So, if you are reading this and trying to decide if you should have Dr. O'Callaghan work on your teeth, I would say you'd be foolish to go anywhere else.”

“The staff was very caring and efficient, including the front desk staff, nurse and practitioner who treated me. I was seen promptly with almost no waiting and the nurse was very empathetic as she took my vitals and did her initial assessment. Mackenzie, Evans, the PA who treated me was very caring and thorough in her assessment. She explained exactly how my symptoms related to my condition and how the treatment she prescribed would help me. Understanding the treatment plan gave me trust in what I needed to do going forward, so I can feel better soon! I will go back if needed again and highly recommend this urgent care facility!”

To begin with, she became aware that I had recently had knee surgery and reminded me that I must take antibiotics before any dental work, which I had totally forgotten. She quickly provided the medication to me and we were able to continue the procedure. She did an excellent job and helped me to understand what follow up work I needed. “Dr. Shamos delivered my three year old and I wanted her to deliver my twins, however, another doctor at this facility delivered them. Well I'm back and Dr. Shamos will hopefully deliver my baby boy. If you want a doctor who tells it like it is without being brutal or oblivious to your feelings then choose Dr. Shamos. She also answers any question you may have professionally and she wants what's best for you and your baby. All in all, I feel safe with Dr. Shamos as my obgyn Doctor.”

Both Dr. Rizvi (my wife's doctor) and Dr. Uddin (my doctor) are very empathetic, take time with their patients and don't rush to push medication. They are more interested in the long term well being and solution than the instant quick-fix. And this office is the most efficient I've ever experienced. Green means all good, yellow means keep an eye on it and red means immediate attention is needed. Pictures show the actual issue and then they call me with the cost and permission to repair. “Had a really positive experience visiting this place. It was a FREE hearing exam and I found out that I have no hearing issues! Dr Zack was super helpful and knowledgeable. He even made time to give my girlfriend a free exam since we finished early. We also inquired about hearing aids for her veteran dad who lost one of his set and Dr Zack suggested they can potentially help. I would highly recommend getting your ears checked at this location!”

“It was my first time visiting this practice today and I was super pleased with the friendliness of the staff. When the NP, Iva, learned that I had come in for a particular service - that she had not been notified of nor was she prepared for - she quickly scrambled to make it happen, saving me an extra trip. So, I'm a satisfied patient. My only gripe would be waiting 45 minutes to see someone. While I understand that it's common practice and most doctors make you wait, I don't agree with it on any level and I always make it known. Other than that, well done!”
