The staff was quick, courteous, and had a sense of humor that matched our style of humor. The banter, conversation, and explanations all really helped in the treatment. I wouldn't give credence to bad ratings. People under stress are often unhappy about the best possible treatment. The staff is excellent, very capable, and compassionate. I would not hesitate to go there again”

“Great experience with this office. My dog had a mishap and I needed to get her in right away to avoid possible infection. I recently moved from Clearwater and my usual vet was too far to get there before closing. I called 6 vets before Hope and Love, and none of them would take us. Hope and Love got us in right away, and treated coco so we'll. Their emergency rate was very reasonable and the vet was so kind. All the staff was lovely and the office was immaculate.”
