“We stayed in 200, which is supposed to be 3 bed 2 bath. Pro. Everything is in walking distance! Beautiful views from deck if facing water. Place has everything you need. Cons...it is not 3 bedrooms it is a 1 bedroom with 2 open lofts with no privacy. Fine if it's a bunch of kids, but adults wanting privacy will not find it here.”

“Let me preface this review by saying I wish I could give them a 4.5 stars rating. Coming from Baltimore, I understood that Clearwater (CW) Beach was a place for enjoyable beach life. Setting expectations, the diving here doesn’t have vibrant reefs or an schools of multicolor fish - Florida and Clearwater Aquariums are better for that locally. I come annually to CW Beach on holiday to escape cold, wet Baltimore in March. What you will get on site is a crew of solid divers/sailers eager to help out. Cpt TJ, DM instructors Dallas / “Llama” & Matt are all solid people I’d dive with again. Water was 71’F (which I find chilly) so they let me borrow a 7mm wetsuit. They provided weights and tanks as well. Dove with them yesterday and last Friday. Was able to see a Goliath grouper, schools of hundreds of fish and various crabs. Reef itself isn’t in great shape and visibility was mixed but the dive sites we hit (two wrecks and two ledges) still made for a good diving experience. If you’re eager to learn spearfishing, “Llama” is even more eager to teach it to those who have their buoyancy well-controlled! Looking forward to diving with them (“2Shea Charters”) next time, and perhaps learning spearfishing in doing so! (I pulled half of a star in rating b/c being short-staffed, nobody answered my calls/texts in advance to answer my Q’s prior to the dive.)”

“Our first time to Clearwater Beach and it did not disappoint. The condos are located on the more residential section of the beach that had less traffic and was very low key at night. Our condo was everything and more than we expected! It had everything that a family needs for a vacation at the beach. It is located on the beach and also has a very nice swimming pool which we enjoyed using. We also grilled out a few nights on the gas grill located by the pool. The location is walking distance to everything we needed. The management was awesome. Anna greeted us on upon arrival and was just a call away incase we needed help with anything. Thanks to her hospitality and the beautiful condo we will be returning next summer. Our best vacation in years!”

For example, paper towels in the kitchen, a foot mat or rug in the bedroom. The bathroom was a little damp but not a deal breaker. There is a beautiful deck at the back. The host is very friendly.”

“Chad was very quick to respond about booking! Kayaking experience was even better than the pics. Chad is very knowledgeable, and personable. I was a little worried about bringing my 4 year old along, but she LOVED it! We were lucky to see not one, but 5-6 manatees. Whole experience was seamless and smooth from booking all the way to the shuttle back to our vehicle at the end! We will definitely do this again when we return to Florida in the future.”

“On this day, I parked there so I could go to the beach. While there, I watched the Coast Guard doing some training and took a picture of two of the houses I lived in while growing up in the '70s. One the left is 776 Eldorado Ave. and on the right is 770 Eldorado Ave. We moved from 770 to 776. Back then, the high tide would put the Gulf about 3 feet up on the 5' high seawall, the top of which is now almost level with the beach itself. This picture was taken from the point where the sandbar used to be.”

“Fantastic experience, when I called I had some concerns (questions) about bringing my 4 year old for his first helicopter ride. We did the pier 60 tour which was about 25 mins. I figured with it being the shortest tour available it was a good pick for my son. Unfortunately for me my son ended up loving it and we totally could have stayed up longer. Andy our pilot was great, kept talking to my son with encouragement. Highly recommend Andy and we will be requesting him again. Safe, fun ride with great views!”

“Beautiful Clearwater condo!! This condo is beautiful and in a great location. We walked everywhere in Clearwater. Also, enjoyed watching dolphins from balcony. Patricia and Steve were great to work with, they are just a phone call away if you need anything. My family had a wonderful break from our Michigan cold weather. We met several families at pool who have been coming to this condo complex for years. They all said they wouldn’t stay anywhere else if your looking for a 3 bedroom condo.”
