I was accommodated by the staff ( Marlene, Jessica and Elizabeth. The staff was pleasant and very welcoming. I had an issue with a garment that I brought to their place of business and the seamstress Showed concern and immediately assured me that garment would be taken care of. “From my first phone call with Donna, she was extremely kind, professional, positive, and a bright ray of sunshine! She explained clearly how pricing works, did not try to sell me anything I did not ask for, and explained the entire process of what the day of the cleaning would look like. We used Hydra Maxx for a move-out carpet cleaning and since we had left the residence prior to the cleaning, Donna texted me about 30 minutes before the cleaners would arrive so my boyfriend or I could go over and meet them there. She was extremely responsive and communicative! Even though she could not give me a promised timeframe of arrival initially because we are in South Tampa, they came much sooner than I expected! Because of our location, I was expecting us to be the last stop of the day / late afternoon and they were there by noon. The team onsite was also professional and kind and did a FABULOUS job! I’m a perfectionist and it’s obvious this company hires perfectionists too. 10/10 stars, I would definitely use Hydra Maxx again!”

“As far as laundromat go, this place is paradise! By far the cleanest, largest and well kept laundromats I've ever been in! The facility is very clean, bright and very inviting. The building is large with tons of machine size options (and they even have signs hanging above the machines so you know how many pounds each one can take besides walking up and down the way!) As well as plenty of room for folding tables without feeling cramped. The building is decorated nicely with cute signs on the walls and bright paneling inside so feels very inviting. Heck, even the bathrooms are nice! Nicer than some restaurants I've been to!! I have some friends in the area that usually go to laundromats and I am recommending this place to all of them! I don't need to use a laundromat often but I know where I'm going when I have to!”
