“I would give ten stars for the customer service. Samantha was amazing. Very courteous and respectful. Not too mention super helpful as I transition from Samsung to iPhone. Customers were being rude and yet she still kept her composure. Which brings me to why I only gave four stars. Only two staff members for a Verizon store in a mall, on a Saturday, is not very smart. Management should’ve been there or more staff called in or something to help those two girls that were there today. Overall, great little store. This is also not a corporate store either.
