The best gym. Everything you would want in a gym and more. A peaceful environment, always very clean, top quality equipment. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. I personally think the membership is so worth it!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

This gym literally has something for everyone. All types of machines, weights, a track, 2 pools, and yes " Karen" there is a suana/ steam room. Reasonable prices for everything including personal training. Very happy here.

Absolutely love it here. They have a variety of classes available each day catering to everyone’s schedule. Tons of machines and weights available, indoor track and pool and cycling room. Clean and nice locker rooms and the people are nice, highly recommend this gym!

Absolutely love this gym, I mostly use the resistance (weight) training section which is well stocked with both free weights and machines and my wife mostly attends the various group classes. With tons of stair steppers, treadmills, ellipticals, saunas, two pools, changing rooms, group classes, bicycle classes and a host of weight training equipment there's something for everyone. Staff are always friendly and being attached to a hospital it is always spotless. Love this place.

I really enjoy coming to this gym! The classes are amazing especially the hot yoga class with Grissell. Everything is so clean and there is always someone replacing towels cleaning the facility etc. There are lots of amenities including the indoor salted pool, the sauna, showers, the indoor therapeutic pool etc. Overall 10/10 gym 💪🙌
