Delano at Cypress Creek

I've lived here for a year and a half, and I have nothing but good things to say about this community. The office staff is friendly and on top of everyting. The community is clean, safe, and a great place to live. I love living here!

I absolutely loved this place, the apartment complex look quite inviting, the parking was nice and clean, the apartments themselves looks really nice. Wouldn't mind living here if it wasn't so far from where I work.

My fiancé and I were on top of everything to get paperwork in as fast as possible. To liver and Athena always answered my calls and never made me feel bothered.

The apartments are just what we needed. With the cost of living- Delano is our perfect fit.

The clubhouse is beautiful. Gym is perfect. We have not had a problem❤️

This is my first apartment and everything has been wonderful so far. The community is clean/nice, the people are friendly and the location is great. I can't say enough great thing about Athena and the rest of the office staff, they have been so helpful and the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend

The best apartment experience your likely to have in your entire life. The place is always clean , the lighting and rooms are spacious and well lit. The staff are more then welcoming and cater to anything that might go wrong. I can say this is truly a gem in Wesley Chapel.
