I have been a member of GTE Federal Credit Union, now GTE Financial for over 37 years. Throughout the years I have been helped by many employees and have always been happy with my service. Finding myself in a difficult situation and needing some valid advice, I luckily was helped by Mr. Salute. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of and even followed up with me to see if his financial advice was helping. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that advice and was beyond surprised by his followup to make sure my needs were being met. The reason I prefer credit unions is because of the personalized service and the banking options available. GTE did not disappoint. Lathena took the time to explain all services available and set up our accounts. She is knowledgeable and friendly and made it a very pleasant experience.
