“I am not sure why this Post Office has such horrible reviews. I went there after reading all these reviews thinking I’m going to have the worst experience. However, I have been there twice already (both times in the morning) with questions/issues, and on both occasions the question/issue was resolved. The lady all the way to the right, where you can drop off packages or ask questions, is very nice and helpful. Also, while I was there, the other employees looked happy and willing to help. While it does suck that they never pick up the phone when you call, going there in person is not bad at all.”
