“I've been working out here for about a year. Twice weekly 30 minute workouts have made me much stronger for my job and for playing with my kids. I like the balance of flexibility and accountability. I don't feel bad texting my trainer when kids or work get in the way, but I don't want to slack off and let him and the owners down either. The only reason I hesitate to write a review is that I selfishly want to keep this gym the small gem that it is.”

“I'd give Synergy Studios TEN stars if I could - absolutely the best studio ever. Either a private lesson or group classes, Erika teaches with nothing but the most careful attention to form, personal requirements and makes it lots of fun in the process. I miss my Synergy sessions when I'm north for the summer, but if you're in town - the studio is open! ”
