“3.5 really. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. No bugs. Ac was off in my room when I arrived and took most of the night to cool the room. $50 cash deposit required and they will inspect and inventory the room before refunding the deposit. Non smoking is heavily stressed, however on turning on the AC and on entry to the room there after, you certainly can smell the years of smoke. My room had the safe open but the bars extended. The young receptionist tried to fix but could not. There was no channel guide for the TV and most buttons on the remote were not functioning, nor was there any do not disturb signs or magnets. For the price of the room considering the area it was great. A big plus we're the plethora of food options within a short walk, chain restaurants as well as a large food truck area. Washers were operational and efficient if overpriced.”
