“We loved this experience. We met up with friends, we booked same time slot online, but assumed that meant same boat. We were wrong and wanted to go together on same boat. (Mention in special instructions) Tammy, in the office, made it happen. We were so appreciative! It was an absolutely perfect weather day in March. Our captain, Dave, was phenomenal. We saw more wildlife than we expected, and he was very knowledgeable about the area and facts on the animals. Highly recommend if you are staying in the Orlando area!”

“We spent an amazing hour and a bit, last Monday, being guided by Lynn whose knowledge of the wildlife and surroundings kept us informed but more importantly interested and excited for the duration. The list of bird species we saw seemed endless and the alligators seemed to appear on cue. The highest high point, was the bald eagle in its nest, or it might have been the snail kite, or the alligator with a turtle, or the belted kingfisher, however if you love identifying waterfowl and the thrill of the air boat skimming over the water this is the trip for you!”

“I have read the reviews on this page, and I will say they were pretty harsh. I had a group of 4 go out today, and unfortunately we didn't get the experience we were hoping for. The boat had a mechanical issue but Brent fought with the fuel pump for over an hour trying to get us out on the water. We cracked jokes, asked questions and made the most out of sitting there while we waited. Things happen and things go wrong. It's not easy running this type of business. Not his fault nor anyone else's. We got a full refund along with a sincere apology as he felt awful this happened. We also tipped him for his hard work and dedication to get the boat running.
