“Have never been to this gym and I have lived here for over 30 years. Was recommended by my hair dresser who had gone to the massage therapist (Jill) who works there (on specific areas of the body you have issues with). Well, I am so impressed each time I walk through those doors... The gym is spotless. The equipment is plentiful, The staff is friendly and Jill is nothing short of amazing! I have never found the service she offers ANYWHERE so reasonably priced and it is hard to believe that this little tiny lady has the strength she does. If there is even a chance my body can ever look the way the women I see on the equipment there OR I could be even a smidgeon as strong as Jill is, membership is in my future! “Amazing instructor. Have fun getting fit! Working out to music at your own pace, Danielle modifies if you have pre existing injuries. Best thing I've ever done to be healthy is to have signed up for her classes. Reasonable price for the experience. I highly recommend. Another thing, if you feel nervous about trying it out, don't! No one at the classes judges or intimidates. It's all about having a great time trying to be healthy.”
