Froggy's Fitness

Have never been to this gym and I have lived here for over 30 years. Was recommended by my hair dresser who had gone to the massage therapist (Jill) who works there (on specific areas of the body you have issues with). Well, I am so impressed each time I walk through those doors... The gym is spotless. The equipment is plentiful, The staff is friendly and Jill is nothing short of amazing! I have never found the service she offers ANYWHERE so reasonably priced and it is hard to believe that this little tiny lady has the strength she does. If there is even a chance my body can ever look the way the women I see on the equipment there OR I could be even a smidgeon as strong as Jill is, membership is in my future! Thanks Froggys and thanks JILL!!

Nice small pound gym always very clean. Staff is very courteous. The only minus is the prices will expensive.

Great facility! Well kept! Clean! Chris at the front is upper polite! Don’t mind my towels on the equipment but these leverage machines are amazing!
