“We stayed 2 weeks and yes the resort is old however our condo unit was newly renovated and was very nice and comfortable. Amazing beach front view! The staff were all great at the from desk were awesome, super friendly, always went out of there way to talk ! Always professional and courteous. Always helpful and pleasant, had a lot of fun in my staying . Great job to you all, hope to see you there next year!! Management make sure these groups get recognized, very lucky to have them.”

“It really is too bad that the location of this spa isn't quite easy to notice, because my experience couldn't have been any better. I went to Miami for my birthday and was looking for the best facial I could find, and fortunately this place happened to pop-up first; exceeded expectations and I would be willing to make the drive from Palm Beach again just for another facial. So well done, such kind service, and logical/good pricing for sure.”

They have the strictest Covid 💪 protocols of any of the 5 hotels I recently stayed at in Miami. 👍 I was traveling for business so only caveat is that there are a zillion kids here. Definitely a family friendly place. Restaurants are great, valet average, room service slow, excellent rooms and housekeeping.”

“A few weeks ago, I purchased a Groupon for the Seven Seas Spa for mother’s day for a couples massage which included a one hour massage, mimosas, a valet parking voucher, and beach/pool access which included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for the day. That said, booking my appointment was effortless and the staff at the front desk was incredibly nice. The day we went in for our massages, like the typical Miami summer day, it started to pour. Instead of risking being out in the ocean during a thunderstorm, we asked Nancy, the receptionist, for a rain check. She immediately tended to our needs and made sure that regardless of the weather, our beach access would not go to waste. We got in for our appointment and the massages were great! My technician knew exactly what he was doing and he applied the right amount of pressure to areas which I had tension knots. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I was pleased with the courteousness of the staff. The only two critiques I have were first, the fact that the lounge area lacked an attendant who could clean up the empty mimosa glasses left behind by others, and provide fresh blankets for the chaises. Secondly, as a full figured woman, I would have appreciated a robe and shoes which were suited for my body type. I understand they are trying to cater to a “happy median” and thus buy robes in one size, but sometimes a little detail such as fitting robes and shoes, goes a very long way.”
