“This is a clean park with a lot of permanent residents. We have a 43 ft. 5th wheel and they were able to accommodate us. The streets are kind of tight, but it worked for us. The office staff were incredibly helpful and polite. They went out of their way to help us and we appreciated it. One of the residents even came out to help us park. This place is very convenient to shopping and things to do. We didn't get to use the pool, but it is very nice.”

“Really chill vacation spot. I was here a couple months ago and stayed at Tradewinds Motel. It was really convenient for me because all the shopping places were nearby. The staff were really great, the room I stayed in was really clean and the flooring was different from any other hotel I've stayed in. It was some type on laminate wood flooring, which made the room look so rich and nice, room service was really great . Overall my stay was a pleasant one.”

I was a bit hesitant at first that some people wouldn’t be up for the paintball activity but everyone was very engaged and excited for the match! They were all like kids ready for the game! “Excellent camping spot. Went late March. Very little mosquitoes; sites have partial shade. Stayed at spot #61 K. Facilities are clean and accessible-plentiful. Hot showers in two bathrooms. Lots of hiking and biking trails. Staff at check in and front was super helpful. Would stay here again! My kid loved all the birds( cardinals) and wildlife ( including tiny wild rat) coming by our campfire.”

But the incredibly friendly staff actually saved them, tagged them and we were able to come and get them yesterday! The units themselves are very spacious and beautiful. “Extremely impressed with this hotel. Very clean and they had way more to offer than similarly priced hotels nearby including: daily breakfast, laundry, basketball court, pool, and printing which we took full advantage of. (Note: the laundry takes quarters so get those from the front desk.) We even used the dishwasher in the room a few times with the provided plates/utensils. When the AC started acting up the manager upgraded our room for two nights to the "apartment style" which was fantastic. We stayed here two weeks while awaiting our household goods to be delivered (overseas military move). It was such a good experience we went back a week later for two more nights when we got tired of sleeping on air mattresses. So far customer service in the Homestead area has been terrible literally everywhere except here. I don't know why that is, but it was a breath of fresh air to get some genuine hospitality. The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist us. They even provided a crib for our baby, complimentary waters, and advice on navigating the area. Special shoutouts to Sasha and Michael at the front desk for their exceptional service. 👏”
