I was looking for a new carpet cleaner and researched the methods used. I had read that the rotary steam cleaning was the best method. I searched for that locally and found Ultra Clean listed as an upholstery cleaner but also listed carpets. He had high reviews so I set the appointment. The owner arrived on time, looked at the carpet and said "Wow, this is going to be a tough clean." I was thinking "great, another Florida con man. Then he quoted us about half of what our usual company charged. I had mixed expectations but let him go ahead any way. An hour and a half later our carpet was beautiful, the stains were out and we have a new CARPET CLEANER! Bravo Bill.

Bill did a very thorough job cleaning my sectional and the doggie chair. He texted to say he was on his way, he showed up on time, cleaned up when he was done, was very personable and charged less than he had quoted. Doesn't get any better than that!
