Dr. Mann and his staff are excellent. We have been with his office for more than two years and we have no complaints at all. They are incredibly accommodating for emergency appointments, and we have had a bunch.

I am new to braces and only have 1 week of experience with them. However, I can talk about the building and staff. The environment is very modern with sliding barn doors and planking on the walls. They are set up
with a scanning machine that takes great images of your entire skull. pretty cool.

The staff made me feel comfortable by telling me stories of different patients and themselves. I look forward to my 18 months with Dr. Mann. I was also impressed with his Engineering degree. Who knew he was super cool. I guess I should have known with his very modern email. It requested a review with a link under his cartoon face for this posting. Kudos to the coding team.

I have to add that I could have received trays from my dentist. Yet, I love that the orthodontist is specialized in the movement of teeth. Metal braces in my case. When I need a medical professional to have extra knowledge, I seek a specialist. It makes sense to do the same with my treatment here.

Follow up visit today with my daughter (11yo) Dr. Mann and his team are ALWAYS so patient and nice. The step-by-step communication is unmatched as they make sure you are very clear on what's being done and what to expect next. I'm very pleased with how tremendous everyone in the office is. Most places the staff just want the pay check, but as soon as you walk into this office you can tell everyone is passionate about their occupation and not only will they treat each other as family but you too. I look forward to continuing this journey with this stupendous team!
