“After hitting a deer, Baker's towing was very courteous, professional and went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was prepared for review by our insurance company adjuster. I had a very difficult time with the insurance company and the body shop in terms of arranging for repair. The communication was abysmal and it seemed as if I would never get my car in a place to move forward. Three weeks later we made progress. I can't speak to the quality of body work or collision repair but I can tell you that the towing process for me was exceptional. While I doubt very seriously I would ever have my vehicle repaired here I am very grateful for the towing staff and how I was treated.”
