“I have been renting from Mike Norman Realty for years. They have the best selection of properties on the island. They are very quick to respond to any issues that you may have. This year we rented 114 Park Ave. It is a very spacious two bedroom pool home complete with a screened patio other than pool area. The house was immaculate and had the old Florida feel to it like AMI was when I was growing up. Pictures below include the beach path which is gorgeous in its self complete with turtle which was meandering along the path one morning. I call this path "Pathway To Paradise" because it truly is! And then you reach that beautiful turquoise water! It is heaven on earth! ❤❤❤”

“Captain Matt and Beth are amazing guides to the AMI shoreline and waters. By far the most enjoyable boating experience we’ve had at AMI. So easy to book and then we had plenty of time to look for wildlife (sand dollars, shells, crabs) and we also saw dolphins and an osprey. We wish we had booked earlier - I would have loved to have a second trip out with them! Laid back and so helpful. They were the perfect team for our families. Plus the boat had so many toys! “We stayed at 2405 Avenue B. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything has everything you need. My husband and I loved the location and the convenience of hopping on the trolly. Every day we went and explored the entire Island and beaches! The shopping center is a 15 minute walk with lots of shopping and restaurant options. The beach was only 2 blocks away and the bay was 1 block. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Booking with island vacations was very easy via the website and the app for all of the necessary information needed for the week. Looking forward to staying on the Island again!”

“OMG. Words cannot do justice to my more recent experience with this phenomenal company!! Jason responded personally to a last minute catering request for “limo snacks” for our girls night. He whipped up (literally) the most amazing spread for us and they even hooked us up with plates, cutlery and offered drive up delivery service in our limo ❤️ Their charcuterie platters are amazing! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it!! I wish I had better pics! Highly recommend!!”

“One of the greatest cafes you could ever come to. All the food is spectacular. The portions are large enough to satisfy any appetite. The staff is incredible and you'll feel like you're eating at your grandma's kitchen. They made one of my very favorite dishes of all time here. “Went to celebrate a milestone family birthday. The staff is family and were great. They paid attention to all my requests including birthday balloons. Towel exchange worked well and the patio area in front of the room let us enjoy the weather even more. Pool was fun and very clean. Great and easy access to a beautiful beach. Met some great familiies and thats what this whole place is... a family and old school vibe. Hard to find these days. Thanks again guys for making a trip so special to my family!”

“What a magical day! We had 2 families and 2 kids ( 3 and 6). Captain Drew was fantastic. At one point he stopped in a shallow area, scooped up a bunch of seaweed, and started pulling all kinds of creatures out! Little fish, crabs, starfish, non poisonous jelly fish, and seahorses! He knew exactly what he was doing and got the kids and adults involved in the "treasure" hunt. Another highlight was the dolphins! He easily spotted them then turned the boat around so "they could play in the wake". They did! It was incredible to have dolphins chasing our boat! Taking the charter tour with Captain Drew was the highlight of our vacation on the island. We will definitely be returning for another adventure next year!”

“I was only there to visit family for a few hours. The view was wonderful. I did see that there was an office and I went over at least 4 -5 times to see if I could get more information about how I can book a room for future vacation and had questions about the tree house but it was closed the whole time for my visit. Also, parking was very very limited. 1 car per room it seemed. The view was breathing taking. The fridge in the room looked a little uncomfortable on how it was sitting in a untraditional space in the kitchen.”

“What a wonderful place! We spent 12 nights in Cabana #4 in May/June of 2022 with our family (2 adults, 2 kids) and we absolutely loved it, our kids called it our "casita". :) The major perks of this place are the closeness to the beach (about 2 minutes walking distance), the wonderful heated pool (where our two kids spent endless hours), the great equipment (umbrellas, deck chairs, wave boards, beach towels, Weber gas grill etc.), the outside showers, the parking space on the premises, the fact that the place is well kept/clean and the overall coziness. Moreover the service is pretty outstanding. I called in about a few things (gas was empty and some waveboards were damaged) and the guys at Island Vacation quickly responded and delivered everything. I guess it would fair to say that the decoration is quite tacky (lots of animal figurines and pictures on the walls) which some visitors maybe dislike, and the bathrooms definitely need a rework. But after all this is not what you are here for. The cabanas are located right in the middle of Holmes Beach, there is a Publix, CVS and other local places in walking distance and as I said - the closeness to the beach is just perfect! We were really sad to leave but we will for sure return!! Thanks!!”

“The resort is absolutely amazing. From the perfect location to the beautiful interior. Everything was spotless and the beachy decorations were wonderful. The apartments have the perfect size for an incredible beach adventure. We loved every second in there. Joan and Olga will do everything they can to accommodate your needs. We only had two days in the resort due to Hurricane Ian and the evacuations but Joan and Olga did everything they could to inform us about what’s going to happen. We will definitely come again and plan to stay longer this time so that we can catch up on our plans which we had after we got engaged right before the evacuations. Thank you Joan and Olga.”

“FYI: This place does take credit cards! The only reason this is getting 4 stars is because of the wait time being over an hour. However, this is mostly because we had a large order and we came during a busy time. After the wait, the food did not disappoint. Pretty much everyone in my group got the Fatty with cheese and no one had a bad thing to say. The burger was juicy, the toppings were fresh, and overall was a fantastic meal for what you paid for. The fries and onion rings were also exceptional. Out of all the burgers I've tried on Anna Maria this was probably my favorite which is a pretty impressive title. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend trying it!”

“This was the best boat rental experience I've ever had. 3 day rental. Mike was very helpful letting us know everything about the boat, rules on the water, and phone number in case of emergency. Martha had laminated maps and guide to restaurants and fuel locations all around the island. The boat was flawless and easy access at the marina. Very friendly people. They even had a cooler with ice and fishing poles for us. Thanks!! Will definitely rent again next year!!”

“I can’t say enough about this hidden gem. I have visited twice in the last three months. Once on a girls trip and another with my family of four. I don’t typically write reviews but after reading a few negative ones I felt inspired. This place is beautiful. Private pool and across from Manatee beach. Anything you could possibly need is so convenient. This beach is in my top three and I’ve traveled a lot of places. The house is clean and modern. Also has anything you may need. Bonus* rafts and beach umbrellas and all you could ever ask for in the kitchen. The owner’s are so amazing. Alan and Donna are attentive and super down to earth and made our experience special.
