Mary and Dana are very nice Ladies and very helpful

I have been searching for an apartment for two months. I have called and searched and it has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Until I spoke with Mary at River Trace apartments.
From the very first call, Mary was so kind and patient. She made sure I knew everything about their beautiful apartments, took the time to answer every one of my questions and even gave me a tips on how to find out when an apartment was available. Following her tips I happened on an available unit that night and filled out an application. Mary was so kind to call me to review my application. Not even one of the other apartments I have spoken with did that. I don’t know if I will qualify or not for one of their beautiful units. If I don’t, I will be sad because dealing with Mary and River Trace has been such a wonderful experience. I

Not a current resident but Debby was extremely helpful and had such a warm & friendly personality! So helpful with every question I had about the property :) Cant wait to get my application in as soon as availability opens up!

Amazing staff!!!! Debbie and Dana and Odayls were super patient, and treated me with genuine kindness! Clean grounds and its a nice location as well.

I’ve been living here for 4months now and I have no complaints I love it it’s spacious and clean . The ladies at the office are so nice and helpful specially Dana she’s always there to answer any questions and help me in a timely manner, good neighborhood as well overall great place to live couldn’t be happier!
