Dr. Madchel and her APRN are stunning! They take me seriously and answer all of my questions. They were very forgiving when I messed up some of my labwork and helped me on the road to better managing my condition.
I saw Brian Melcher DO for the first time today. He immediately made me comfortable and welcomed to his practice. He actually took the time to look over my extensive list of blood work and tests before he walked into the room and introduced himself. We spent a great deal of time going over the findings and how he was going to treat my concerns. Intelligent,personable and concerned...this is the beginning of a long term doctor/patient relationship!
