  I've worked with Elaine Lucas for over 5 years. She is thoroughly familiar with all forms of insurance products, responds to phone call and emails promptly and offers great insight into items I might consider insurance-wise. She is also extremely personable and has a great sense of humor! She is not pushy in the lease, but offers choices that I truly appreciate!
