First time in the store and I was impressed with their customer service. I purchased a Dolphin S200 robotic pool cleaner and their price was very competitive with online merchants. The big plus is if there are any issues I can bring it back to the store instead of having to ship. I already had to call as the instructions on setup needed further instruction and they helped me quickly...the unit is working perfectly. I did a lot of research on robotic pool cleaners and this one model always seems to come up as highly reliable without spending for a lot of bells and whistles that I will never use. Thanks G&S for a great experience.

G&S doesn't have a huge showroom like the "chain" stores have. Instead they are a small business with a dedicated staff that does their best to help you as a customer. I found them shortly after I moved to Florida more than 20 years ago. They are friendly, efficient and fairly priced. As long as they are in business I will continue to be a loyal customer.
