Crystal listened and was very professional during our discussion. I felt heard and felt very assured that the issues would be taken care of. I felt she went over and beyond in dealing with the issue that I was concerned with. She is a great member of your team.
(August 9, 2022, 6:22 pm)WELL I wanna update my last post. My grandma has been moved back to the wing and area she is familiar with. I wanna thank The newer social worker ,CRYSTAL OLIVER for listening to my concerns and requests ,and making things happen. I know her job ,and all the jobs at these places aren't easy ,and we all want our loved ones in a safe loving place and them be comfortable. So ,I want her to know ,how much I appreciate all she's done ,RHANKS AGAIN
