(May 20, 2022, 12:05 pm)The doctors and office manager actually care about making the experience positive. This is an amended rating because the office manager actually fixed the billing problem. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that MyPrivia billing is awful and the office has to use them for billing.
(September 23, 2021, 9:59 am)My husband and I both are patients of Dr. McConnell. We are so grateful to the doctor and all of the staff at Sleep Manatee. They are not only highly knowledgeable sleep specialists but are also caring and compassionate to those of us who need their expertise.
