The class has a mix of elements that we work on each week as well as new flows to keep everything fresh and interesting. Each class starts with an intention for the practice and Cindy is quick with praise and gentle with corrections. She is always well prepared for class and her years of experience are evident in her teaching. Highly recommend both her private class and studio classes.”

“Beautiful park for family gatherings and picnics! Maybe the only park in Anna Maria island with big parking lot and not that crowded! They have clean restrooms, showers. Picnic area is pretty good can fit up to 15 people under roof. Also, there’s a lots of trees by the water and all area is shaded. Would recommend coming here!”
