“Dr. Goss is my cardiologist. He is very caring and has an excellent "bedside manner" (albeit I was never in a "bed"). He is also very thorough, when certain tests came back non-conclusive he continued to dig deeper to insure that all bases were covered. Like all businesses (and a Doctors office is a business) they can struggle with certain employees. Generally I found his office staff to be courteous. However what matters to me the most is the doctor himself. That said, in my opinion Doctor Goss is superb. He spent time with me explaining what we were going to be looking for and the purpose of the battery of tests that he was about to run. He spent exceptional amounts of time reviewing the results. Even though they are very busy, his office runs very efficiently; it has been my experience that if you have an 11am appointment, you can generally expect to be seen within 15 minutes of the set time.
