“I came here especially to thank Robert and write a review for him (he didn't ask me to) as he was so helpful to me on the two occasions when I called. I called last week and was put through to him. I'd never spoken to an adjuster, but a roofing company told me to call one, so they can tell me the approximate age of my roof. Anyway, I didn't really know what I was doing. I was put through to Robert. He explained to me what an adjuster does and gave me honest advice on finding my roofs age through the city and county. I followed his advice and called him again today with more questions about my roof. He went and looked at my roof for me today, on his break, just to give me advice.
