“For 25 years I've shopped and or paid my utility bills at West Shore Pharmcy and never had a bad encounter. I consider myself to be the one that would get a "nasty" staffer because I'm not one of them BUT NEVER. Yesterday after not been in the store for over 2 years, I went to pay my TECO bill and the TECO system was down, Kevin said "I'll hold on to the payment until their system is back up, process it, and lay aside the receipt for you." He did just that and for that I am thankful.”

“I recently switched doctors and I was explaining to my new PCP what a hassle CVS has been. You can’t get them on the phone, they’re rude, they’re incredibly slow, and they can never give me the correct quantity of insulin for a month’s supply, which means I’m forced to deal with them almost weekly. He talked me into sending my prescriptions over to True Vine and I figured my experience with a pharmacy couldn’t possibly be worse than CVS. The gentleman I’ve been in contact with is named Aman (so sorry if I’m wrong!) and wow. Excellent customer service. I decided to have my prescriptions delivered to me in Zephyrhills, which I thought would mean it would take a few days to receive my meds. Nope! My doctor called in my scripts, at which point Aman called me to let me know he would get all of my meds transferred from CVS. I have quite a few. My medications were here early the next afternoon! I wasn’t home to receive them but my husband was impressed with how nice the lady was who delivered them. When my insulin was ready to be refilled (via my insurance) Aman called me and asked me if I wanted him to contact my doctor for more refills. My insulin was delivered the same evening, and again I wasn’t home, but my husband commented again on how professional and friendly he was. And guess what? I actually got the proper amount of insulin! I’m so use to fighting with CVS for everything, and with this pharmacy, I don’t have to do ANYTHING. I am so thrilled with this pharmacy and my entire experience. The customer service is literally the best, and they are fast and EFFICIENT! I feel like I am well taken care of and I’m so thankful my doctor sent me their way. I feel like I have more control of my health because I am receiving the proper meds in a timely manner. At other pharmacies I have always felt guilty for having so many meds, but this man is very capable and took care of everything so quickly. They even blister pack your meds in doses if you would like! From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I don’t see a ton of reviews so it seems like True Vine isn’t nearly as popular as they should be. If you’re tired of fighting with other pharmacies, give them a try and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!”

“Pharmacy staff is great especially the young tall gentleman that wears glasses. I won’t give his name out to embarrass him but he is outstanding employee. Also, since I’ve been a customer there for about five years, I have seen a number of pharmacist go through the store while some little been there for most of the whole period. I have found them all to be very helpful and when you’re in a pinch for time if you talk to them, they will do everything within their control and power to try to either get a prescription ready for you quickly or to locate a product if they don’t have it in stock and get it for you quickly. A wonderful Pharmacy staff!!”

“Amazing Service!! Originally I had called the Walgreens off of Hillsborough and Memorial as that is where my prescription was placed, they had extremely rude service. My doctor put through a prescription early December and on December 14th I got a messaged it was delayed. When I checked my order status on December 30th, the system said I had no orders pending. I called the Memorial location on January 3rd to ask if the order was still pending or not and the person I spoke to was not nice at all. They told me I could call around and ask other Walgreens if they had my medicine in stock but she “was too busy to do that” for me, that statement was said twice to me. So I went ahead and did her job for her and called this Walgreens off Hillsborough and Countryway and they looked in the system and found me 2 stores that have my medicine although they didn’t. That is customer service!! And it took the very nice representative less than 5 minutes to get me that info and give me phone numbers to each location!! Thanks so much for being kind and helpful!!”

“We highly recommend the Cat Thyroid Center. Our 12 year old kitty, Charlotte, had the I-131 treatment. Dr Heaton and Heather were professional, knowledgeable, and caring. And their facility had such a cozy home feeling in the area that Charlotte and other kitties reside for their short stay. Because it was caught and treated early, she was able to come home with us the next day. 30 days after the treatment, her thyroid numbers were normal. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and the results. Thank you Heather, Dr. Heaton, and the Cat Thyroid Center! (Also, if you are looking for a hotel to stay in the area, we found the Holiday Inn Express, a hotel you should consider. It was exceptionally clean.) 8/10/23”

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, I even asked them to order me a different generic for my suboxone strips because the Dr. Reddy's ones were making me sick and they actually went out of there way to order me the generic that I like. Sometimes the wait is a little long but I see how busy they are so I know it's not there fault. I definitely recommend this pharmacy :)”

“Dear Mr.CEO Doug McMillon, I was extremely satisfied with the HIGH LEVEL of services that Kenneth and Amber have provided. I hope you have a few minutes to read my experience at one of your stores in Sun City Florida location. I was recommended from your garage service to have my 2 front tires replaced. Do to limit time, I schedule an appointment for Saturday at 3pm to have my tires replaced . I arrived 20 minutes early. Check in at the counter to find out that they did not have my tires. You can imagine the disappointment. When I made the appointment they assured I would have my tires. The front desk employee apologized and said I would have to come back Thursday when your delivery came in. Not one time did he offer a solution or say let me check with my supervisor. So I asked to Speak with the Supervisor in your mechanic garage department. The manager came out his name is Kenneth and Amber . They both listened to what I had to say. They called another location about 45 minutes away. Found out there garage was closed . However the Manager check there inventory and noticed that they had my tire in stock. Kenneth was so gracious that he said he would go pick up the tires for me to have them installed at the store where I do all my weekly purchases. Kenneth and Amber went over and beyond to help me . They listened, they acknowledged the situation and found a solution. They did everything possible to make a customer happy. I truly felt like the red carpet treatment. I hope that you would take the time to let them know how grateful and appreciated l am. Kenneth and Amber are truly a valuable employee and should be special rewarded for the Employee of the year.
