Each visit I was welcomed by his staff and they kept me updated on fees/insurance coverage for my treatment. Since I did not want to go through a second set of braces, Dr. Chin was able to develop a treatment plan to correct my teeth with a series of clear aligners and retainers. Each visit he would show me my initial visit photos, show me what has changed and explain the next step of treatment. I appreciate that Dr. Chin was honest about what he could accomplish and clear of what his treatment goals were. I would recommend Dr. Chin as an orthodontist to my family and friends. The intake staff or representative was very efficient and pleasant and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. The nurse was also efficient & polite. The PA that I met with, Jennifer, was very helpful regarding my issues as well as doing the testing and explaining everything. She was a very good listener and sent in a prescription, prior to my knowledge, regarding one of my issues.In spite of why I was there, it was a very pleasant experience.”
