I rented through Kirschner for the past two years and they were nothing but professional any time I dealt with them. I most frequently communicated with John and he was always a pleasure to work with. Whenever something came up with my apartment, he responded quickly and made sure things were handled/fixed properly and in a timely manner.

I rented with Kirschner realty for approximately four years in two different properties. Each property was top notch, and if there was ever an issue, John was extremely responsive. They take excellent care of their properties as well as the renters. John is very quick to respond to any concerns, questions or issues. In all my dealings with them , they were extremely fair and I was very fortunate to have rented through such a great property management firm.

I lived there for 7 years and I was really happy with the townhome I rented. Any maintenance issues I had they addressed it promptly. I wasn’t crazy about the maintenance fee for each visit but from what I’ve heard from other property management companies that’s standard. Sometimes the office staff could come across as a little abrupt when I called but overall they did address my questions/concerns. When I moved out of the property I had it cleaned and got my full deposit back without any issue and I also received a nice email from the office manager letting me know that they’d be glad to give me a referral if ever needed. So from my overall experience I think they are a good management company and I would recommend them, just with any rental company read your lease and keep all your records and document things for your protection.

I rented from Kirschner Reality and had nothing but pleasant experience. They worked with me on any issue I might of had and were very kind anytime I visited or called the office. They handle everything professional and always make sure you are in good well being. I highly recommend their service.

We rented from Kirschner for 3 years (my husband 6 years). They were beyond responsive, respectful and kind. We never had an issue with either place that was we rented through them. They really went above and beyond when we told them we were buying a home but didn't have a direct timeline. Their flexibility and understanding was a direct reflection on who they are as people.
