I used Anderson & Associates Realty Inc. 2 times, once to help me buy a townhouse, and once to sell my house. I was originally going to try and sell my house on my own, but Josh and Jack convinced me to give them a try, where they could get more than if I try to sell my house on my own. They were 100% correct. Not only getting me more money than I though, the transaction went smooth without any hiccups. They were there every step of the way, and kept me up to date on the process. I like the idea the that they “are not” some realtor who thinks more of their business card photo than their client. They are straight forward, no game, and they work for you all the way from start to finish. If I ever have the need to buy or sell again, I would not hesitate to call.
