“Not a powerlifting gym. Only one squat rack and a weird squat rack that you can’t adjust the safeties. I’m only passing through so it worked. The barbells had no useable knurling though. I recommend rogue power bars for the squat area and maybe a deadlift bar.”

“Levi is my personal trainer and is an amazing instructor. He quickly determined my needs and goals and set out my personalized sessions. The vibration plate seems like an easy workout but believe me when I say it is NOT! The plate is truly helpful with clients who have not so great knee strength, such as my self. My sessions include a 45 minute workout with intervals of time on the plate along with coordinating exercises on a row machine for example or interval exercises off of the plate. My sessions are powered with moves that challenge me, this makes it a FUN workout as well. Please do yourself a favor and seek out Levi for personalized sessions, you and your body will be thankful you did.”

“I have been a member of various gyms all over the country for 30 years and this is my favorite. I'm amazed they built this one so close to my home. The most incredible, awesome group fitness, and (my addiction) spin instructors. Just had a Les Mills RPM class with Dinah. Man Oh Man!.. I told her that it was the longest 45 minutes of my year! But I'm dropping weight LOL. Props to the wellness director, Athena. OK I have to edit this. Facilities are great, and the staff is crazy good. It is an environment of happiness.”
