Not only did I get my new card in minutes she taught me how to use the new features on the mobile app such as ordering your new card. She also noticed I was using someone else for loans and offered to go through the GTE loan process with me. We went through it together and I was approved! I couldn’t be happier with my visit. “The website shows that they are open 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Apparently these hours only apply to the ATM machines outside. The lobby does not open up until 9:00 a.m. that is not on the website. the east branch has removed the drive-up window. Why? Removing it is definitely not a benefit for the customer.”

“I’ve been having migraines so I stopped in to see if they had any ASAP appointments, they didn’t, clearly because they are wonderful but the office staff took my number and said they would call me if they had cancellations. I got a call a few hours later for a next day appointment!! Dr. Kerris is so gentle, KNOWLEDGEABLE and thorough, not only about eyes but the human body in general. Carl was patient and really in depth about my contacts. The entire experience was fun (weird because it’s a doctors appointment) and relaxing. 100% recommend!”
