“Todd / Barb are amazing! We were relocating to Florida from New York which presented its own challenges. Todd took the time to listen to our must haves and wants. We found exactly what we wanted in short order. That was when the challenges began. We wanted a new build in a much sought after community. It took 3 months until we could purchase. Todd was by our side at all times. When we finally signed a contract, we were advised our home would be ready in 12 months. Being a homeowner himself and with many years in this business, Todd was able to provide us with tremendous info about the Florida market and features we might want to consider that we might not have because we had never lived in FL. It took 25 months for our home to be built. Todd was with us for all of them. He checked on the progress, called the salesperson to get info for us and on at least 1 occasion went to our home and sent us pictures. By the time we closed Todd and Barb were more like family rather than a business associate. “Absolutely fantastic array of Florida BBQ. Worth the afternoon drive. Some of the sides were only slightly on the skimpy-side but I'm not complaining. Atmosphere fantastic but outside sink wasn't working when tried to use it on my last visit. Dogs apparently are very welcome with their masters. It is quite the place to be Saturday at lunchtime.”

“We had a wonderful time picking blueberries at Lyna Berry Farm today! They have a great setup, great prices and delicious blueberries! You can spend as much time as you need (or as little) and they provide a bucket with plastic bag liner (which doubles as your shopping bag once you’re checked out. Price is $3.00 per pound and the bucket holds 6 lbs if you fill it (we only bought 2 lbs but plan to return in a couple weeks for more)”
