“Sadly, I have not been to the dentist in a very long time because my teeth have always been really good. However, I found a cavity that felt huge. Dr Barr did an excellent job repairing it with Tina, her dental assistant. While checking my teeth another cavity was found and I will have Dr Barr and Tina repair that too in a few weeks. I will be visiting them twice a year for cleaning and maintenance. Dr Barr and team are extremely professional and I would happily recommend them.”

My appointment was originally at 10am and they called me that morning .to reschedule it for 11am which was OK with me that day. The wait for service can sometimes be long which it' always has in the past but today it wasn't bad at all. Yes I had to adjust my schedule because the office was behind however as for me someone wwho had and still working in customer for 30 years in management,I'm also a business owner etc I know the importance of customer service and just how if you make your customer feel that their time is valuable remembereing they are paying then it ease up.the pain of any inconvenience. I told the staff "Shawn" that I appreciated the smiles, the making sure they update me even when running behind and most of all the smiles.”

“Had a filling come out and was causing me a lot of pain. Took the pain as long as I could, then tried to make an appointment but because of the pandemic no one was taking new patients. I called 5 offices and could not get in anywhere. So I called Dr.Farrokhrooz’s office and had an appointment the next day. I can not say enough about this office and how nice everyone is, Cathy, the office manager got me squared away from the time I walked in. I had to wait a little but I didn’t care because I knew Dr.Farrokhrooz was going to take great care of me. His assistant was fantastic also! I really appreciate not only the doctor but the entire staff for just being open and available during this stressful time in everyone’s life right now. I should mention that because I moved from Brandon to Riverview, that is why I tried local offices. Learned my lesson, Dr.Farrokhrooz is my dentist, don’t care how far I have to drive, it is worth every penny. Thanks again I really appreciate the service!”
