Then they kept me informed as the work progressed, sending me status updates and pictures via text messages. The work was done when promised, and they provided another free ride to pick up the car. I felt I was charged a fair price and got a AAA discount. As a new customer this was a bit of a trial to see how I would be treated. This job was a wide open opportunity to upsell me on additional services, but they didn't try anything like that. I felt they were fair and honest. When I need auto service in the future, I will be inclined to return to Christian Brothers.”
