“Kernaghan and Moore Speech Therapy has been a fantastic help to my four year old son. First off, whoever does the scheduling for the Spring Hill location has been amazing and has had great communication with us and always gets us in on cancellations for the next week. I am VERY grateful for that. My son has only been going to this office for a couple of weeks. For the first appointment, I sat in and watched. My son saw Miss Jenna and took up to her immediately. He is very shy and picky with who he opens up to. Within 15 minutes, he was properly pronouncing phonetics (s sound and f sound) that he has been unable to say. It brought tears to my eyes watching how naturally he picked up on them when Miss Jenna was teaching him. He also sees Miss Courtney and she has been wonderful as well! She has also given us lots of worksheets and tips for at home that have been very helpful. Both mentioned therapists have had great communication with me after appointments. Getting seen and off the waitlist for this office took a very long time but I am so grateful we decided to wait because we have been getting spectacular help from the therapists at this office. My son previously was going to a different Speech Therapy facility and he had gone for several months without any progress. Kernaghan and Moore, we are so glad we found you and we thank Miss Jenna and Miss Courtney from the bottom of our hearts for being so great with our son. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a speech therapist.”

“If you know me my grandmother is the most important person in my life besides my kids. I am a nurse who has experience with Interventional radiology and I work with many oncology patients. Prior to our first appointment I went in with a plan and no physician was gonna change my mind! I wasn’t gonna let just anyone care for her especially something so important. I was very hesitant to trust Dr Denson at first and looking back I will admit I didn’t go easy on him. Each appointment I came with my list of questions and he always took the time to answer them and put me at ease. Now, I am referring some of my other loved ones to his care. I still reach out to him just to let him know how great my grandma is doing today. He has the heart and compassion that is needed for this field. I appreciate his honesty and how straight he was with my family. He truly allowed our family to be a part of her care every step of the way. He respected our opinions and everything we asked of him. My grandmother is 86 years old and frail. Our plan was to just keep her comfortable and allow her to enjoy her family for however long God would allow. Without treatment we were looking at best 6 months. We have surpassed that with his treatment plan and she is doing great. We know we are on Gods borrowed time but any day with her is a great day. We never expected Dr Denson to perform miracles but just to care for her like he would his own family and I have no doubt that he did that 100 percent. Dr Denson didn’t waste anytime in starting her treatments and consulting someone who specialized in Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma to provide the best plan. I respect a physician who goes beyond himself to do what is right for the patient. There were some small mishaps during our time there that were out of his control but he always stepped up and made sure it was corrected. He fought for my grandmothers care and treatment and even advised us when we needed to re-evaluate her insurance. Changing her insurance made the difference in the care she received. Dr Denson is highly recommended by me not only as a family member but as a nurse. My grandmother and family are beyond greatful for the additional time my grandmother has had with us and how well she is doing today. We are still here making memories thanks to Dr Denson. “All star speech is a God send. As a teacher of 16 years who worked with children with special needs, and a parent of children with speech delays, apraxia of speech and auditory processing disorder, I can tell you that All Star Speech is by far the most child centered, effective and nurturing environment I could have ever asked for. They understand the behavioral challenges of children who have struggled with speech and other delays and they are well prepared to handle whatever comes their way. They treat my children with kindness and understanding all while challenging them, facilitating growth and pushing them towards progress. Vicky has the patience and calmness of a saint, Melissa does a great job helping parents understand what they can do to help their children and Liz has a way of helping kids without them even realizing that that’s what she is doing. The growth I have seen in my two children is nothing short of astonishing. My previously non-verbal child LOVES going to speech and practicing new sounds and “playing” games, all the while he is making progress towards being verbal. He had some serious behavioral challenges when we first came a year and a half ago, and his speech therapist never gave up on him. She worked through the problems with him and consulted with his occupational therapist who also works onsite, and now my son happily goes to speech every week. As a parent, I can tell you that I know my children are safe and actively learning while they are at All Star Speech. I am so thankful to have found them because without them I highly doubt my children would have made such progress. If you are looking for a place that will truly help your child, I highly suggest looking into All Star Speech. If you are looking for an occupational therapist Desire who runs Wonder Kids at the same location, is one of a kind. She took my son on and has worked to help him start writing and so much more. He went from nothing but scribbles to being able to write most of his alphabet, sorting like a pro and most importantly she works with him on his sensory regulation. He went from not being able to sit and focus for more than 2 minutes to being able to sit and focus for periods of time up to 30 minutes! She has even helped me learn ways to help him, help himself and I’m an ESE teacher! She is simply the most amazing occupational therapist I have ever seen. She does not shy away from a challenge and I can tell you that when I first brought my son to her, it was truly a challenge. She has done an amazing job. My only regret is that I didn’t take him to her sooner. I even recommended her to my neighbors who have since started bringing their daughter to her and the growth is amazing! Long story short, if you have child who needs speech and/or OT, this is the place you want to take them. The collaborative efforts of both speech and OT have been a game changer for my son and the changes I see in him are nothing short of a miracle.”

“I’ve been seeing dr Q since I was born. When I was a baby dr Q actually knew exactly what to do to literally save my life from a blood infection & noticed it immediately. Now my kids see him and I couldn’t ask for anyone else to be our doctor. He might be slow getting to you but remember, that’s a GOOD THING!
