“I had purchased a large tube from restiaux an ebay seller. “Tube is in nice and clean condition with original shipping package.” The tube that I originally bought off of eBay was not as described. I then sent the tube to D&C, and was happy to pay the testing charge. Once they received it they immediately called me to say that the tube was garbage and not worth testing. D&C wrote a report stating the non repairable condition of the tube. I then sent that report to eBay. Once eBay read the report, the made the seller provide a full refund. The most amazing part was that D&C did not charge me for the report. Thank you D&C for being honest and just a great company to deal with.”

“I had to return some Christmas lights they weren't working adequately exchange was easy I asked for some help and they call someone and brought me right back to where I thought they might be and they were and I wanted to get Blue lights instead of white lights like I had gotten and it was no problem I enjoy shopping at Walmart because when I ask questions about an item that may not be findable they either find it right away or they tell me that it is not in stock at the moment but will be within a couple of days. That helps out tremendously because of the price of gas running to and from different places or back to the store at least I know to wait a couple of days and it's convenient and it's clean 🪥”
