Stopped in there this morning, dealt with Akshar Patel. Immediately he built a strong rapport by matching my wit and demeanor. We laughed about my miserable day, and he helped me find some jam nuts for my daughters horse cart. The guy is great! He even tried to help me fin the bearings I need, I’ll be back with one so it’ll make it easier next time.

When I needed some specialty screws for a customer's fishing reel, they were happy to overnight them from another location. I finished my job and got my customer squared away.
