Carpet Source

My experience with carpet source was a nightmare. They were suppose to install all new laminate flooring 1300 Sq ft. They only installed a partial kitchen with huge gaps on the end cuts. They never showed up when scheduled. And when they did show up they left early and took almost a 2 hour lunch. Who ever wants to use this company BEWARE.YYou went into the contract to be paid once the house sold. Why did you start the job if you knew you weren't going to finish. Also a reputable company would called the client instead leaving them hanging.

Carpet Source Al was very professional, courteous and he repaired my carpet beautifully. I had just lost my brother and while rushing, I knocked over the iron and it burned my carpet. To keep costs down, Al didnâ t charge me for the additional replacement carpet as he places a great emphasis in the provision of outstanding customer service. He was very pleasant, he enjoys what he does and he takes pride in his craft. I am very pleased with the outcome - Thank you Al ;-)

My experience with carpet source has been great. Competitive prices and good quality flooring. It's my choice always.
